A Gift from the Sun

On the evening of October 30th, I was traveling to a local church in Camden, Maine to share with a prayer group on “How God Communicates” when I noticed an unusual event taking place in the night sky.  In the heavens above was a light display such as I have never seen before. Sheets of red hues were flowing like a banner hanging vertically from the brim of heaven rippling in a light breeze.  The soft red colors were intermingled with rays of white light dancing in the night sky.  Others reported seeing more brilliant colors such as bright red and green as was captured in this photo that ran in the Bangor Daily News on Sat. Nov. 1st, 2003.

The dancing polar lights of the aurora borealis was caused by charged particles ejected by a massive solar flare from the sun that collided with the gases in the earth’s upper atmosphere. Although the solar flare was seen by scientist through a powerful telescopic lens when it occurred, it was manifested by the northern lights on earth especially to those who live in the regions of Southern and Midcoast Maine.

This spectacular show of lights that danced in the night sky was obviously the manifestation of the hand of God which has an important prophetic message for the church for this hour and season.  The word manifestation means to reveal or to declare and make known. The Psalmist David proclaimed “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament show His handiwork” (Ps. 19:1).  As David states, the heavens declare the glory of God and the glory of God will be revealed on earth to the church, even at times as visible light.  Signs in the heaven and on the earth are biblical and often accompany the unfolding plan of God.  We can expect much more of this to take place as we proceed to the end of these last days as stated in Acts 2:18-19.

And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of My Spirit, and they shall prophesy.(18)  And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke.

A Gift from the Sun

The aurora borealis is truly a sign from the Lord and a wonder that was seen in the heavens.  What is the prophetic message of the aurora borealis? Interestingly, the caption “A Gift from the Sun” that the Bangor Daily News ran above this picture contains a major clue to the interpretation. There is a prophetic pun in the word Sun which means Son, for we have truly received a gift from the Son of God. We have received not only the gift of salvation and eternal life, but the gift of the Holy Spirit given to those who ask Him, for every good gift and perfect gift comes down from the Father of lights. (See James 1:17, John 14:16, 17 & 15:26)

Amazingly the solar flare that was released is twice as big as any that has ever hit the earth before in recorded history. According to the experts this solar flare will go down into the history books as one of the most dramatic solar activity period ever seen in modern times. It is the passion of the Son to release towards us an outpouring of His Spirit greater than that which has been recorded in the history of mankind.  Just as it is in the natural realm so it is in the spiritual.  The Son of God, who is the light of the world, is about to unleash a solar flare of the Holy Spirit of such proportions that it will affect every believer on earth.

As we noted in Acts 2, the results of the rushing wind of heaven is prophecy, visions and dreams, with signs and wonders in the heavens above and signs in the earth below.  This takes place every time the Holy Spirit is poured out.  We are now in the last days and can expect a dramatic increase of prophetic experiences to take place in the church.  The purpose of prophecy, visions and dreams is to reveal Christ to the church.  And thus an outpouring of the Holy Spirit is always marked by an increase of the revelation of the Son of God.  Jesus said that the Spirit of truth, which proceeds from the Father, will convict the world of sin, lead us to the truth and testify of Him.  There is a divine solar flare coming with the atmosphere of heaven that will reveal the truth and knowledge of Christ to the world. The increase revelation of the Son to the church will come through a particular aspect of the ministry of the Holy Spirit refereed to by the apostle Paul as “The Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation. “  It was Paul’s prayer for the church to receive the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation that,

“The God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him” (Eph. 1:17).

The purpose of the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation is to open our eyes in the knowledge of Him. This should be the scriptural reality of the life of every believer.

The Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation

Who and what is the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation?  The Spirit of wisdom and revelation is the ministry of the Holy Spirit whose purpose is to reveal to the church the true knowledge of God.  It is His divine understanding, wisdom and counsel that enlightens our soul in the knowledge of Him that we would not otherwise have known unless God revealed it to us that we may see by His Spirit.  The revelation of Christ can come in various forms and on different levels such as through prophetic impressions, the scriptures, a vision, dream, and trance, a visitation of the Lord or being caught up in the Spirit.  There are many ways which Christ is revealed but it is the Holy Spirits job classification who dwells in you to reveal Christ to you that your eyes may be enlightened in the true knowledge of Christ.

This knowledge is not information about God or the study of God, (theology) or about our doctrine or the knowledge of scripture; but the revelation of the person of Jesus Christ.  When Jesus asked His disciples “Who do men say that I am?” Simon Peter answered and said “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus response was “Blessed are you Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood did not reveal this to you but My Father which is in heaven.” (Mt. 116:17).

This knowledge of Christ did not come to Peter by attending a seminary, church or through the scriptures, but as a direct result of receiving revelation from the Father.  I am not saying that God doesn’t speak to us through the Holy Scriptures as He does, but to say that we have been given the precious gift of the Holy Spirit “That we might know the things that are freely given to us of God” (1 Cor. 2:12).   The Holy Spirit is our interpreter whose delight is to reveal to us the deep things of God. “But God has revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yes, and the deep things of God” (1 Cor. 2:10)

The Holy Spirit is our teacher and personal interpreter who breathes upon the scriptures to bring His Word to life. It is the light of God’s wisdom and understanding that illuminates our darkness with the truth that sets men free with the power of redemption.  Praise be to God for the wondrous gift of the Holy Spirit that we may have access to the mind of Christ that we may know His divine thoughts, passion and desires that our eyes may be enlightened in the knowledge of Him   “Which things we also speak, not in the words of man’s wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches. (16) But we have the mind of Christ” (1 Cor. 2:13 & 16).

There is a hunger in the hearts of God’s people to know the things of God.  This hunger is from the Lord with the call for His people to wait upon Him to obtain spiritual meat in due season.  It is the promise of Is. 40:31 given to those who wait upon the Lord where they shall renew their strength. This nourishment is provided by the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation who searches the deep things of God and the heart of the Father that our eyes may be enlightened in the true knowledge of Him. This is the fresh manna from heaven, the bread of life in Christ that nourishes the soul, imparts spiritual life and causes God’s people to grow in maturity. The results of partaking of “new wine” are joy unspeakable and gladness of heart as fresh waves of revelation of Christ is imparted to God’s people through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.

The Heart of All Revelation

The heart of all revelation is Jesus Christ that comes to us through experience and intimacy as we take the time to be in His presence.   True knowledge of Him is derived from an experiential relationship from being in His presence, not from a factual informative study or the preaching of the word about God.  As we draw near to Him the Holy Spirit enlightens our eyes that we may know Him to partake of His thoughts, His ways, His love, divine nature and Holy character. We are called to be partakers of the divine nature of Christ. (2 Pe. 1:4) The more time that we spend in His presence, the more revelation we receive of Him. It is the revelation of Christ that nourishes us with His love and transforms us by His Spirit into His divine nature and image.  In other words, when you receive a revelation of Jesus, it has the power to transform your life – from the inside out.

With the revelation of the glory of God in heaven to His people on earth, the results will be a people who will reflect the glory of God and His divine nature on earth with Kingdom power and authority.  It will be from experiencing Him that concepts are changed into life testifying heart beliefs with the kind of belief that causes Christians to live radically different lives. Those who experience Christ live for the greater reality of the life that is found in Christ that testifies that Jesus is Lord of Lords and King of King and that heaven is real.

Prophetic Vision

When your heart is enlightened in the knowledge of Him, you will begin to use “prophetic vision.” Basically prophetic vision is divine insight into the heart, mind and will of God that comes from seeing the Lord with the eyes of your heart.  This is what Paul meant when he prayed that the eyes of your heart be enlightened in the knowledge of Him. It is with the eyes of our heart that we are able to see into the heavenly realm where Christ sits at the right hand of God. Have you ever read a passage of scripture when suddenly the Holy Spirit quickened a truth to your heart whereby you declared, “I see!” Congratulations, you received prophetic insight that enlightened your heart in the knowledge of Him through the revelation of His Word.  This is prophetic vision for you saw the truth of God with the eyes of your heart. It is with the heart that man believes unto righteousness.  It is His truth that we receive by faith in our hearts that opens our minds and refreshes our spirit with His life giving word.

Prophetic insight of the mind and will of God may come to you through prophecy, visions and dreams, through the voice of another (hearing His voice within a voice that speaks to your heart) through the scriptures or by experiences such as a trance, being caught up into heaven or by a visitation of angels. Paul continues to tell us in Ephesians 1: 18-19 why he prayed that the saints of the church in Ephesus might receive the Spirit of wisdom and revelation stating,

That your eyes may be enlightened in the knowledge of Him.

To understand the hope of His calling for your life.

To know the riches of His glory which is your inheritance

To know the greatness of His power that is to be revealed in your life.

The purpose of all true vision is to see Christ. As you behold His majestic beauty, splendor, power and glory, you will become enraptured by His divine being which is love.  It is by having your eyes enlightened in the true knowledge of Him that will cause you to fall in love with Him and your heart will become passionate for Him. When Christ is revealed, it will spark a fire in your heart that is fueled by the very breath of heaven itself.  Christ then becomes your purpose and destiny.  Our highest calling is intimacy with God to know Him in Spirit and in truth.  When the church becomes enlightened in the true knowledge of Christ, she will forsake her religious activities, programs and traditions in exchange for His living presence.

It is not your hopes and dreams that you are to seek and pursue, but the hope of His calling revealed by the Spirit of Revelation that brings understanding of God’s purpose for your life.  Everything that has been revealed to you that you have seen by using your vision, such as your ministry and calling, you are able to obtain.  What is the hope of His calling for your life? What are your spiritual gifts and calling? Simply come to Christ and ask Him.  Look to your heart, what is it that you would like to do in the work of the ministry? Write this out to make the vision plain “And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it” (Habakkuk. 2:2). (Testimony of School)

Many times the hope of His calling is already in a person’s heart as recognized by the passion and desire that is there.  The Lord will always give you the desires of your heart when His desires become yours. This deposit of the Lord just needs to be recognized, evaluated and clarified. When you begin to walk in this, you will find that the spiritual gifts that have been given to you will surface. Why? Because the spiritual gifts are the tools or means by which we have been endowed by the grace of God to do the work of the ministry.  It is not by might, nor by power, but by His Spirit that empowers us with the grace to do the work of the ministry.  When you walk in obedience to do that which God has called you to do, it releases the gifts of the Holy Spirit and His power through you for His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.  When you know the hope of His calling for your life and begin to walk it out, the Lord will empower you by His Spirit to accomplish that which pleases Him for His will to be done.

Receiving Revelation

Receiving revelation becomes easy when the truth is understood that the very Holy Spirit, who lives in His people, is there to reveal Christ to His people. Through the Holy Spirit, divine revelation is available in abundance to the church. The Lord wants His people to have a great expectation of how much spiritual revelation, knowledge and wisdom they can receive if they will come into fellowship with the Holy Spirit. The greatest gift that we have received on earth is the gift of the Holy Spirit that we may have a living dynamic relationship with the Father.  Because the Holy Spirit lives within His people, we have at any time access to the thoughts, heart and mind of Christ to know the deep things of God.  King David of the Old Testament knew of the abundance of God’s thoughts as expressed in Psalms 139:17, 18,

How precious also are your thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them. (18) If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with you.

King David understood that God had countless thoughts towards him, more so than the sum of the grains of sand on the sea shore. If David understood that it is the delight of God’s heart to share His thoughts with him, how much more shouldn’t we of the New Testament who have the Holy Spirit living within us partake of the mind and heart of Christ? Many may respond to this saying, “But we have the Holy Scriptures that reveal to us the mind and will of God.” To this I quote what Jesus said to the religious leaders of His day when He said,

“You search the scriptures; for in them you think that you have eternal life; and yet they testify of Me. And you will not come to Me, that you might have life” (John 5: 39-40).

Come Up Here

Many Christians are hearing God’s voice and even prophesying and ministering now and then being led by the inspiration and unction of the leading of the Holy Spirit. Although this is good and needful, the realm that the Lord has called His people to live in is a much higher realm- that of the supernatural.  The supernatural should be as natural to Christians as their very breath. God is not only wanting the church to understand how He communicates through prophetic impressions and the still small voice, but through open visions, trances, visitations of angels and that of being caught up in the spirit into heavenly places.

All that we need to receive heavenly revelation is to ask. Jesus said ask and we shall receive, seek and we shall find, knock and the doors of heaven shall be open to you for it is God’s good pleasure to give good gifts to His children. Like Jacobs ladder, there can be an open heaven in your life where you can ascend and descend into heavenly places through the Spirit.   When this truth is embraced and believed with the heart, the faith and expectation of the church will cause her to rise to a much higher prophetic level of revelation.  Like the apostle John noted in Rev 4: 1& 2, we can hear the trumpet call to “Come up here” and immediately be in the Spirit.  There is an open door in heaven. Let us rise to the occasion to go through it where we will see the one who sits on the throne

And immediately I was in the spirit: and behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne (Rev. 4:2).

The Importance of Revelation

The coming release of revelation is not just to bless us or to make our ministries and meetings more exciting and entertaining, but is crucial for our daily guidance. If we are going to make it in the days ahead, we will need His wisdom and counsel.  There isn’t anything that I do in my life or in the work of the ministry that doesn’t come to me first by revelation.  Without revelation, I would be teaching on healing when the Lord is present to prophecy. Or I would be moving out to prophecy when the Lord is present to heal. As a leader without revelation, I would have our people marching as an army to take ground when the Lord wants His people to camp and rest in His presence to learn of Him.  Without revelation I would I would always be out of timing with the Lord. If we are not in unity with Him, knowing His will and purpose for the seasons, the Spirit of the Lord would not be in our midst. It is not enough that we know His will and purpose, we must also partner with Him for His will to be done.

It was by the Spirit of Revelation that King David saw Jesus being crucified for our sins that enabled David to apply God’s love and forgiveness to his life. (See Psalms 22) It was by revelation that three wise men followed the star in the east that led them to the manger where the savior of the world lay. It was by revelation that the apostle Peter received the knowledge that Jesus was the Christ, the Son of God and later the revelation that God had called the gentiles to the joy of salvation.  The bible is full of accounts of men who received life transforming revelation.

Revelation Brings Unity

Jesus was one with the Father and because of this unity; He walked in Kingdom power and authority. Jesus spoke only the words he heard the Father saying, doing the works that He saw the Father doing. All that Jesus did by vision and understanding from His intimate relationship of rest in the Father. Jesus was so one with His Heavenly Father that He said to see Him was to see the Father.  When Jesus spoke to it was the Father’s words He was speaking. When Jesus healed the sick, it was a revelation of the Father’s compassion to heal the sick.  When Jesus died on the cross for our sins, it was as a revelation of the Father’s love for the world that all who receive Him would be saved to receive eternal life.  It was this combination of revelation, faith and obedience to do the will of the Father that enabled Jesus to minister the Spirit with kingdom power and authority. We too can become one with the Father to speak the words that we hear Him saying and do the works that we see Him doing through the Spirit of wisdom and revelation.  Walking by revelation, faith and obedience is the key to releasing the power of God in our lives. In doing so others will see a revelation of the Father by the words and works that He is ministering through us.

To be out of timing and unity with the Lord is like having the transmission of your vehicle in neutral while the engine is running. When we engage with His power and move forward in the proper gear with the Lord driving, we will always reach our destiny in Christ. Like a sailboat, we must host our sails to catch the wind of the Holy Spirit, the power that drives us forward that enables us to reach our destination.

 Revelation Brings Anointed Ministry

Knowing the purposes of God and participating with Him is what releases the people to minister in their gifts with kingdom power and authority.  For instance, in Luke 5:17 the scriptures tell us that as Jesus was teaching on a certain day that “The power of the Lord was present to heal” the people. What did Jesus do? Did He continue teaching? Did He change direction of the service to a few encouraging songs about the power of God to heal? No- He healed them!  When we yield to the Lord and allow Him to move freely in our midst to fulfill His purposes, He will release His life transforming power that heals the sick, raises the dead, opens prison doors and sets the captives free.

When Jesus said to take my yoke upon you and learn of Me and you shall find rest unto your souls, (Mt. 11:29) He was asking us to find the place of divine rest in Him. When we truly trust the Lord and our faith is placed in Him, we will find our life and being in Him to say as Paul did, “For in Him we live, and move, and have our being…” (Acts 17:28).  When we find our rest in Him, we will cease from our own labors to do the greater works that Jesus said “He shall do also” (John 14:11). It is because of unbelief that we take it upon ourselves to do the work of the ministry for Him by our own wisdom and strength using formulas and methods instead of a reliance upon the ministry of the Holy Spirit. When we receive the revelation that “It is finished” and that Christ is truly in our midst to do the greater works, we will find the place of spiritual rest that, by faith, will release the ministry of the Spirit that prospers the body of Christ for it is not by might nor by power but by My Spirit says the Lord of Host.

The Spirit of Wisdom

The predominant color of the aurora borealis I saw was the same shade of red that surrounded an angel who visited me last year in the month of August 2002.   The Lord asked me to wait upon Him and rest in His presence. After three days of waiting and nothing happening, I was just about ready to go back to my office to return to work when an angel showed up in my living room.  Instead of a clear bright light shining from its countenance, this angel radiated a shade of red. For a few weeks I didn’t know what this meant.  The color red prophetically can represent different biblical meanings such as the blood of the lamb but I had no clue about the meaning a spiritual atmosphere that turns red.   About a month or so later, I was attending a MorningStar Conference when Bob Jones, one of the guest speakers, spoke of receiving a visit from an angel that was red. “Red represents wisdom,” Bob said.

Since then, whenever I hear a word of wisdom being spoken through someone, or as I am reading the scriptures, or when the spiritual atmosphere around me I know that the Spirit of wisdom is present. This of course gets my attention to which I stop that which I am doing to listen to the Holy Spirit to receive the wisdom of God that is being imparted to me.

The Spirit of revelation reveals to us the wisdom of God that we may know the counsel, insight and mind of Christ.  Like the scriptures states, it is the Spirit of Wisdom. It is not the natural wisdom and reasoning of man, but the revealing of the heat and mind of Christ by the Holy Spirit, to His people.  Presently much of the wisdom of God has been replaced with humanism, philosophical ideals and the doctrines of men.  Those who experience the true wisdom of God and its’ life giving qualities, will not tolerate false wisdom as the righteousness of man is but filthy rags. Instead, they will be motivated by a love and passion for His truth as their hearts will search for the reality of Jesus Christ. Having tasted of the riches of His glory they will seek the heavenly reality of Christ which is the inheritance of the saints. (Eph. 1: 18).

Wisdom is also the counsel of God that gives you insight that you may know what to do with the revelations that come from God.  When you receive the revelation of knowing the hope of His calling for your life, you will need His wisdom and counsel in order to walk it out and bring it to pass. While some revelation point to a place in the future that has started you on your journey to fulfill a vision, the wisdom of God will guide you daily to help you arrive at your destination safely and in His timing. In order to fulfill our person prophecies and our calling in Christ, we must be lead daily by His wisdom and counsel that will keep us traveling on God’s highway.

Like King David, we can come to the throne of God anytime to inquire of the Lord.  In every circumstance and major decisions we face, we should inquire of the Lord for His wisdom and understanding. God’s wisdom is His day by day guidance that will keep you on the path of life that will empower you to fulfill your highest calling and destiny in Christ.

The apostle James tells us that if we lack wisdom and ask He will give us His wisdom liberally. (James 1:5)  Jesus said that blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled. It is wise to seek the Lord and partake of His love and wisdom. Those who seek Him shall find Him and those who ask shall receive and those who knock on heavens door shall find it open to them where they will receive an abundance of revelation and access to the power, glory and love of God.

The Light of Heaven

When I asked the Lord, “What is the meaning of the aurora borealis?” Almost immediately the thought came to me, “The Light of Heaven is Jesus and heaven is going to be revealed on earth!”  Jesus is the light of heaven and earth.   Jesus came as the light of the world and we see from His transfiguration on the Mount, that He clothed Himself in the raiment of light.  It is His light that is our life. In other words, when we are filled with His living presence, we too will be clothed in the light that is found in Him. It is His light that enables to be filled with His life. Jesus said, “I am the light of the world: he who follows Me will not walk in darkness, but will have the Light of life” (John 8:12)

The white streaming rays of light of the aurora borealis displayed in the heavens not only represent the pure light of God – Jesus Christ, but also the holiness of God. It is the purity of His wisdom; understanding and divine nature that is found in Christ that is to be characterized by God’s people.  Jesus is the light of heaven by which we obtain His holiness, divine nature wisdom and understanding that reflects His radiance for “He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your judgment as the noonday” (Ps. 37:6)

The pure white light of heaven is going to be releases in historical proportions from the throne to His people that they may become bearers of His image and likeness.  As the “Father of lights” (James 1:17) our heavenly Father desires to release good gifts to the body of Christ not only to walk in the holiness of Christ, but to empower the church to do the work of the ministry that reflects both His power and divine nature.

When Jesus said that we are to let our light shine, He was not referring to our good works and deeds, but to let the light of God that is in us, His living presence, shine forth to the glory of God. Darkness is simply the absence of light. Just as in the beginning when the world was void, without form and in darkness, with the coming of God’s light, life will come that will dispel the darkness and its evil powers.  The light of God is coming to shine in the darkness that will bring order out of chaos and life with divine faith, love and hope imparted to the church as well as the light of His salvation to a lost and dying world.  We are to be the light of the world.

Because Christ is the light of heaven, as the church becomes cloaked in His light, heaven will become visible in some regions as light for God is light. Those who walk in the light as He is the light will at times see the light of heaven become visible in the atmosphere like the spectrums of the rainbow.  Not only will the colors of the rainbow be seen, but heavenly colors that have never before been seen on earth. Like the lights of the aurora borealis, there is a storm of heavenly lights coming from the Son that will proceed from the throne of God that will become visible.  This will come at times like an explosion.  It may start out small in various places but its impact will be like that of a molecular fusion with the result of an explosion of His glory.

To walk in the light as He is the light is to walk in His wisdom and counsel that comes to us by revelation.  It is His truth that makes men free. Because of the coming illumination of the light of God, there will also take place a cleansing by fire that will purge the floor of His church. Those who have formally embraced traditionalism being trapped in a religious structure will find the truth that will set them free to embrace the divine light of Jesus Christ. Psalms 67:1 & 2 is a timely scripture and prayer for us in this hour

God be merciful unto us, and bless us: and cause His face to shine upon us. (2) That you way may be known upon the earth, you are the saving health among all nations. Pet the people praise you O God; let all the people praise you.

Praise and Worship Ushers in the Light

The church can be filled with the light and glory of God through the ministry of worship and praise. When believers receives an abundance of Revelation of the knowledge of Christ, they will respond with praise for  you cannot help but respond with praise when Christ is revealed to you.  The ministry of praise and worship not only users in the light of God within the worshipping individual but to the atmosphere that surrounds corporate worship.

The way that we are filled with the presence and light of God is through worship and praise. King David tells us in Psalms 100:1-3 that we enter into His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise where His face shines upon us.   When you come before the Lord with thanksgiving despite your circumstances and situation, you enter into the gates of His presence. Thanksgiving is the language of faith that opens the gates to heaven.  Though the circumstances around you may not change, you will be changed on the inside as you become filled with His supernatural love, peace and joy. From there you proceed with the language of praise where God is enthroned on the praises of His people.  It is here in the Holy of Holies that we behold the glory of God.

Moving into Revelation

There is a sea of glass like that of crystal that is before the throne of God (Rev. 4:6. )This sea of glass is the sea of revelation. We step onto the glass to stand in the atmosphere of heaven through worship where our eyes are enlightened in the knowledge of Him.  As we come before His throne with praise and thanksgiving, the Lord opens our eyes to see into the spiritual realms for God inhabits the praises of His people where revelation is released.  There is coming a prophetic anointing upon God’s people from the river of revelation that will usher in the realm of heaven on earth.   The worship that is taking place in heaven will be mirrored on earth through the church.  The atmosphere of heaven is going to become a reality as God is enthroned on earth through worship.

There is a continual eternal worship that takes place in heaven and the church is about to mirror the worship of heaven on earth that will enthrone God’s glory upon the church. Psalms 22:3 tells us that God inhabits the praises of His people. When one praises the Lord, God becomes enthroned upon that praise. This in turn evokes more praise because of His presence, which in turn enthrones the Lord even more. This cycle of praise and the Lord being enthroned upon the praises of His people can continue until the glory of God manifest in the midst of His people.  Just as the glory of God was seen upon Israel as a cloud by day and a fire by night, His glory will once again become visible upon His people.  On the heels of this will come the restoration of the Tabernacle of David.  The results of true prophetic revelation will always lead to praise and worship.  When this takes place there will be a release of worship and praise that will usher in the fallout of God’s glory that will continue until His glory covers the earth.

We see in Rev. 19:10 the call to “…Worship God, for the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy.”  The Spirit of prophecy is the revelation of the knowledge of Christ - the glory of God, to the world.  Our praise will enlighten our eyes in the glory and majesty of the Lord.  When we give to the Lord the sacrifice of praise and offer to him our affections with thanksgiving, acknowledging His majesty and splendor, the eyes of our heart is awakened to the true knowledge of our divine destiny in Him.  Would you like to have more prophetic revelation of Christ in your life? Then worship God.  Let worship be a lifestyle, a way of life. Each and every day enter into His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. As you enter into the Holy Place, He will reveal Himself to you.

There are new songs coming that will embody the Spirit of prophecy that will release the Spirit of God in the midst of His people.  The gift of prophecy will flow in abundance, as well as the new song. Trances, angelic visitations will come and the Lord Himself will be seen walking in the midst of His people. As God’s minstrels play their instruments and the people are joyful in their King, the glory of God will usher in.  It is here in this anointed atmosphere that minstrels will hear the songs of heaven and sing them spontaneously to release the new song.  The angels of heaven are going to participate with God’s people in worship that will birth many of the songs of heaven on earth. .  This will release songs of deliverance that will bring healing, miracles and the ministry of redemption and restoration to His people for “You shall encompass me about with songs of deliverance” (Ps. 32:7).

Arise and Shine

In the light of His presence, all else palls in comparison. Through the daily ministry of worship and praise you will soon find yourself being filled with the light of God. In time the glory of God will not only increase within you as rivers of living waters fill you, but His glory will be seen upon you.  In Isaiah 60:1, we are exhorted to rise and shine for your light has come. How do we rise in order to shine? When we rise daily unto the Lord through the ministry of worship and praise (for it is a lifestyle not an event) where we will not only be filled with the Holy Spirit, but will shine with His visible glory.

Arise and shine; for your light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. (2) For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people; but the Lord shall rise upon you, and His glory shall be seen upon you” (Is. 60:1,2).

Our worship and love brings Him great joy. We know that the joy of the Lord is our strength and we will never be stronger than when we enter into His presence through the ministry of worship and praise where there is fullness of joy “You will show me the path of life: in your presence is fullness of joy; at your right hand there are pleasures for evermore” (Ps. 16:11).

The Resultant Harvest

The results of God’s manifest glory will usher in a great end time harvest.  The picture to the left was taken the night of October 30th, under the display of the northern lights when there was a great increase of sunburst activity. I believe that this picture is very prophetic in that it shows a silo, the place where grain is stored. There is in ingathering coming as a result of the light and manifestation of the Son of God to the world.

And I will show wonders in the heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood and fire, and vapor of smoke:  The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before that great and notable day of the Lord come. And it shall come to pass that whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Acts 2: 19-21).

In Summary

In summary, there is coming to the church a burst of increase of the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation that will reveal Christ to the church.  The results of this will be a restored church in the true knowledge of Him with the Spirit of the Lord resting upon His people. Prophecy, visions and dreams as well as trances and visitations will become a normal reality of Christian life.  Healings and miracles with signs and wonders will become commonplace as it was in the early church that testifies of the resurrection of the Lord that caused great grace to fall upon the people  “And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace fell upon all” (Acts 4: 33)

The Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation is a divine work of the Holy Spirit whose passion and delight is to reveal Jesus Christ to His people.  It is only by the revelation of the Holy Spirit that the eyes of our heart are enlightened in the true knowledge of Christ and the truth that is found in Christ. This is the truth that causes us not only to see who He is in all of His majestic beauty, splendor and glory, but enables us to be changed into the very same image.   To be like Jesus means that His very image, which includes His wisdom, divine nature and power, be revealed in His people and through His people. The Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation passion is to enlighten the eyes of our heart in the knowledge of Christ that you may know the hope of His calling and to know the riches of His glory that is to be revealed in the saints. Christ is the inheritance of the saints. All that He is, is to be revealed in His church, “Which is His body, the fullness of Him that fills all in all” (Eph. 1: 23).

As the church is enlightened in the true knowledge of Christ, she will receive a revelation of the Father's Heart and experience His great love. This will awaken her from her deep spiritual slumber as to who He is and who He is in His people. It will be His great love that will cause the church to rise up to fulfill her divine destiny and receive her rightful inheritance in Christ.  The results of the revelation of Christ to His church will be praise and worship. Heaven will then be mirrored on earth through His people that will usher in the light of Heaven, Jesus, and the visible glory of God.

We must be filled with the light of His presence in order for our light to shine. This light comes from the life that is found in Christ for He is the life of all creation. When we walk in the light of His presences and stay close to Him, we find His strength, wisdom and council that renews us with His life. Jesus is the light of heaven. It is His light that is our life. In other words, when we are filled with His living presence, we too will be clothed in the light that is found in Him and we will be filled with His life.  As Isaiah 60:2 states that as we arise and shine, His light will be visibly seen upon us. As His face shines upon us we will reflect the wonderful radiance of His glory on our faces. There is a wonderful common relationship between His life and light for they are divine attributes of His Holy nature. You cannot have one without the other. Jesus said,  “In Him was life; and the life was the light of men (John 1:4)

“I am the light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in darkness; but will have the Light of life.” (John 8:1`2)

The brightness of His light shining in us depends on how close we are walking with Him and our obedience to follow Him. Likewise the power of God that is released in our lives is directly proportional to how much we are abiding in the Light.  In order to give life, we must have His life!

The wisdom of God that is imparted from the throne of heaven will bring the church to a much higher level of spiritual maturity.  With the marked escalation of divine illumination and revelation, the church will become empowered to carry the gospel message of truth forward with Kingdom power and authority.

The results will be a people who will go forth speaking as oracles of God with heavenly wisdom and divine revelation. The light of the gospel of Jesus Christ will then go through out the earth that will shine in regions of darkness that will minister in power and demonstration to a lost a dying world.  Because it will be His words that His people are speaking, the Lord will be with them confirming His word with signs following.

And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen (Mark 16:20).
